Finding and reaching the right target market for million-dollar homes proved very difficult.
Our team presented a plan to hold an exclusive event to showcase the homes. Using a multi-prong approach, we developed email promotions to luxury home realtors, social media posts, pay-per-click advertising, stories in the real estate section of a local newspaper (print and online).
The plan worked so well that the event was standing-room-only which resulted in increased interest and sales in this luxury development.
