Relying heavily on the Macintosh computer repair business, San Antonio-based MacTLC asked us to redesign their website from the ground up to capture as much service business as possible. Refresh Marketing helped them develop an online ticketing feature that lets customers enter their product issue prior to bringing the equipment in. Along with increased efficiency and customer satisfaction, MacTLC reports that its repair business increased by 49% within the first year of launching the new site.
