BACKGROUND & NEEDS

Despite being known for their vast selection of air filters, Dustless had no real presence online. They wanted Refresh Marketing to help boost their profile and add services to  the residential market with online purchasing. While HVAC contractors, government and commercial customers are still a large segment for Dustless, using their websites’ ecommerce to sell and ship air filters directly to residents has proven quite successful. The company now operates in San Antonio as well as Houston.
